As a dietitian trained in this modality, my philosophy is to look beyond symptoms and understand how eating patterns, lifestyle, biology, environment, and emotions influence overall well-being. I view food as a foundational tool for healing and honor each person’s unique needs, preferences, and lived experiences.

This three-month program is designed to establish a strong foundation for whole-body health by addressing underlying imbalances to health concerns. We will focus on the key foundations of health—nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress management, sleep, and mindset.
Together, we will explore your health history, current symptoms, goals, relationship with food, lifestyle patterns, and relevant lab work to create a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs.
Throughout the three months, you’ll receive consistent guidance, strategic coaching, and ongoing support to track progress, overcome obstacles, and implement clear, actionable steps toward sustainable, lasting health.
