    Our work together is a process that requires time and consistency. Follow-up sessions are designed to refine your nutrition plan and provide strategic coaching to help identify and overcome any obstacles that may arise throughout your journey.

  • My fee for a 60-minute initial nutrition session is $149 and 45-minute follow up sessions are $69.

    You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for nutrition consultations.
